Actually, it's rice - not sand. I gave him the rice so he would stay close while I made dinner. I thought he stayed right there. He did, mostly, except for that two seconds that he slipped into the bathroom to get a "spoon" to stir his rice with.
By randomness, I was referring to all the random acts of craziness that you were known for during your high school years. I could never do random as well as you. I'm a little jealous.
You do have to admit that finding a bowl of rice with a toilet brush spoon is fairly random. How often do you find that on your kitchen floor?
